All OXYHTECH devices work without additives, electrolytes or additives - using only electricity and distilled water. This means: no deposits, no follow-up costs, no supply bottlenecks and no wear and tear. They are completely independent and ready for use at any time.

With OXYHTECH Carbon Cleaners, you can clean everything that draws in and burns air: cars, motorcycles, scooters, boats, trucks, agricultural and construction machinery. In short - any vehicle or device with a combustion engine can be efficiently cleaned of deposits.

During the process, so-called oxyhydrogen gas - a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen - is fed into the intake system. Due to the high heat output, it leads to controlled pyrolysis in the engine, in which deposits decompose in layers and are burned. The decisive factor is not the hydrogen alone, but the increased oxygen content in the mixture, which contributes significantly to the reaction with the carbon deposits.

The decisive factor is not the engine capacity, but the cleaning performance of the appliance. A 6-liter engine with a mileage of 20,000 km can have significantly fewer deposits than a 2-liter engine with 250,000 km. Our OXYHTECH devices are designed to clean any type of combustion engine efficiently, regardless of engine capacity or fuel type.

No. The process is an oxyhydrogen cleaning process and cannot damage the engine. No chemicals or additives are used - just a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen that burns in the engine without leaving any residue. This causes no damage to the engine or exhaust system. Carbon cleaning is one of the safest methods of removing carbon deposits in the engine without endangering vehicle parts.

Customers regularly report: Immediate power recovery - engine feels significantly more lively and reacts more quickly to gas pressure. Fuel savings of up to approx. 15 % thanks to more efficient combustion. Reduced exhaust pollution, fewer emissions - engine runs cleaner, passes HU tests more easily.

The cleaning times known today were originally developed by Bio Car Berlin / OXYHTECH nine years ago and are based on a gas volume of 4,600 liters per hour. In practice, this means

  • Engines with a mileage of up to approx. 100,000 km: cleaning takes around 1 hour.

  • Engines over 100,000 km mileage: it is recommended to carry out the service twice, i.e. approx. 2 hours.

The procedure can therefore be easily incorporated into the workshop routine - ideal, for example, as an additional service in parallel with servicing or inspection work. 

The term originally comes from Bio Car Berlin, which brought the OXYHTECH process to Germany around nine years ago. In the search for a suitable name, a friend, Raul from the Basmatic agency, recommended the name hydrogen engine cleaning. The background to this was a clear marketing idea: terms such as "hydrogen, hydrogen car, hydrogen technology" would be highly sought after in the future - and this would also make the cleaning process easier to find online. In short: the term is a marketing gag by Basmatic and Bio Car Berlin, but has become firmly established in the industry.
